BEST Inc. operates as a smart supply chain service provider in the People’s Republic of China. Its proprietary technology platform BEST Cloud enables its ecosystem participants to operate their businesses through various SaaS-based applications. The company applies its technologies to a range of applications, such as network and route optimization, swap bodies, sorting line automation, smart warehouses, and store management.
Loop Industries Inc (NASDAQ: LOOP) stock gained 21% to $6 after the company cisclosed its entrance into a Securities Purchase Agreement with SK global chemical; co has agreed to issue and sell to SK global chemical certain shares and warrants with an aggregate purchase price of approx. $56.5 mln, representing ownership of approx. 10.0% of co’s outstanding common stock. Co intends to put proceeds toward funding its planned Infinite Loop manufacturing facility in Quebec. Co and SK global chemical have also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for a potential JV to commercialize co’s plastic recycling technology in Asia. At 52-week highs.

Moxian, Inc. operates a social network platform that integrates social media and business into a single platform in China. The company’s products and services focuses on creating interaction between users and merchant clients by allowing merchant clients to study consumer behavior.
