Dynavax Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: DVAX) reported that the COVID-19 vaccine that Clover Biopharmaceuticals developed using co’s CpG 1018 adjuvant met its primary and secondary efficacy endpoints in the global Phase 2/3 SPECTRA trial; vaccine efficacy was successfully demonstrated in an environment in which 100% of SARS-CoV-2 strains observed in the efficacy analysis were variants. Co believes that the results demonstrate the value of its CpG 1018 adjuvant as part of the response to this pandemic and as a platform for vaccine development.

Gaotu Techedu Inc (NYSE: GOTU) reported Q2 results; net revs increased +35.3% yr/yr, gross billings increased +12.2% yr/yr, and paid course enrollments increased +4.1% yr/yr. Co has adjusted its structure to focus on professional education and STEAM education and is further exploring possibilities for digital products and vocational education. Did not issue guidance due to uncertainty related to the regulatory and operating environment in China’s tutoring industry.

WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:WIMI) Announced financial results for the six months ended June 30; total revs increased +202.2% to RMB516.2 mln while gross profit increased +189.8% to RMB153.1 mln. Approx. 53.1% of revs came from its semiconductor business, and its holographic augmented reality business experienced rapid growth, supported by growing market demand.
