Clariant completes $810 million acquisition of Lucas Meyer Cosmetics

(Reuters) – Clariant completed the $810 million acquisition of Canada’s ingredients and cosmetics maker Lucas Meyer Cosmetics from International Flavors & Fragrances, the Swiss specialty chemicals firm said on Wednesday.
