IKONICS Corporation (NASDAQ:IKNX) was the active stock gainer on Friday . The stock soared 64% to close $18.56 after TeraWulf Inc. , poised to become a best-in-class bitcoin mining company, announced today it expects to become a Nasdaq-listed company through a business combination with IKONICS Corporation , a Duluth, MN imaging technology company. The companies have entered into a definitive merger agreement to combine under a new holding company, which will change its name to TeraWulf Inc. and is expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the trading symbol “WULF”.
Grove, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRVI) was another notable winner as the stock went up 40% to end the session at $7.86 following the successful launch of the company’s initial public offering (IPO). The Grove IPO also includes a 45-day option for underwriters to purchase an additional 330,000 shares at the initial price.

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNRC) surged 21% to $3.53. The company announced announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $125 million aggregate principal amount of 8.375% senior notes due 2026, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional $5 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The offering is expected to close on or about June 30, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
