Double Digit NASDAQ Stock Winners: MOXC, AEI, USEG

Following are major stock gainers on Nasdaq in Monday ‘s trading session:

Moxian, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOXC) was the active stock gainer on Monday . The stock soared 47% to close $17.06> Last month, the company announced that its proposed merger with Btab Group Inc., (“Btab”) has been terminated by mutual consent, as provided for in the terms of the Share Exchange Agreement signed on August 27, 2020.

The Company also announces the resignations of Mr. James Tan Meng Dong and Dr. David Cheang Sien Chan, both Singaporeans, from the Board with effect from February 28, 2021. The Board now comprises Mr. Hao Qinghu as the CEO of the Company and three other independent directors, Mr. Lionel Choong Khuat Leok, Mr. William Yap Guan Hong and Ms Wendy Wang Yingjie, all of whom have been in office since 2019.

Alset EHome International Inc. (NASDAQ:AEI) was another notable winner as the stock went up 24.64% to end the session at $6.12. The company announced a strategic agreement with Tesla Inc. (“Tesla”) for an initial supply of Tesla PV Solar Panels, Powerwalls and EV Chargers to be installed at single-family homes (“Ehomes”). These Tesla products will be installed in 20 brand new, single-family homes at the Northpark Community in Porter, Texas. In addition to these 20 homes, Alset has 10 more homes under contract in the same community scheduled for closing at the end of this month. Moving forward, there are plans to acquire an additional 70 units in the Houston area, targeting a total of 100 Ehome deliveries in 2021.
