LONDON (Reuters) – The London Stock Exchange Group said on Monday that it had appointed Charlie Walker as deputy CEO of its main bourse, amid a period of rolling reforms to make the market more attractive to investors and company listings.
Walker will report to London Stock Exchange plc CEO Julia Hoggett, the company said in a statement, and continue to oversee the group’s primary markets business.
