Mid Cap Gainers: SPCE, CRCT, PSFE

Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc (NYSE:SPCE) soared 38% to $55.69 after the company announced that the Federal Aviation Administration updated co’s existing commercial space transportation operator license to allow it to fly customers to space; co notes that the adjustment marks the first time that the FAA has licensed a spaceline to fly customers. Co also stated that it has completed a review of data gathered from its May 22 test flight and confirmed that the flight performed well against all flight objectives. Co will continue preparing for three remaining test flights. At four-month highs.

Cricut Inc (NASDAQ:CRCT) gains to new highs after Abdiel Capital Management confirmed its increased holding in co and its active shareholder status; Abdiel has purchased more than 3.6 million of co’s shares since the end of April. Shares of CRCT are up by 23% to $41.15.

Paysafe Ltd (NYSE:PSFE) touched up to its highest levels in a month on above 5x average volume. Per preliminary index addition lists, the stock is set to be added to the Russell 3000 after the close today. The stock is up 11.60% to $12.41. June 10th, 2021 saw the company announce the pricing of its previously announced offering of USD$931 million aggregate principal among senior secured notes. The offering will consist of USD$400 million of 4.00% senior secured notes, with a due date of 2029, in addition to 435 million Euros worth of 3.00% senior secured notes that will also be due in 2029.
