Agenus Inc (NASDAQ:AGEN) stock soared 19.33% to $3.89. AGEN entered into an agreement with Bristol-Myers (BMY) through which Bristol-Myers will be granted a global exclusive license to co’s AGEN1777 program; Bristol-Myers will become solely responsible for development and any subsequent commercialization, and co will receive a $200 mln upfront payment and up to $1.36 bln in milestones in addition to tiered double-digit royalties on net product sales. Co will retain options to conduct clinical studies under the development plan.

Aterian Inc (NASDAQ:ATER) surged 17.31% to $16.06 on elevated volume. Among recent items, co was scheduled to present yesterday at the 16th Annual Needham Technology & Media Conference. Aterian, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as a technology-enabled consumer products company in North America and internationally. It provides Artificial Intelligence Mohawk e-Commerce Engine, a software technology platform, which uses machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics to design, develop, market, and sell products.

 Lordstown Motors Corp (NASDAQ:RIDE) stock went up over 17.14% to $89.84. Continued strength on elevated volume; the stock has now netted an advance of approx. +42% through the most recent two sessions. Co yesterday announced that it will host investors, analysts, customers, and partners at a “Lordstown Week” event at its Ohio headquarters in late June. Various EV names outperform.
