Climate Chang Cris Real Impct I Acq Corp (NASDAQ:EVGO) stock soared 15% to $12.17 as General Motors (GM) named co as a preferred provider for its Ultium Charge 360 fleet service; co will deploy charging and infrastructure solutions for GM fleet and BrightDrop customers, who will be able to receive program discounts at co’s nationwide network. Spikes off of recent lows on heavy volume.
SciPlay Corp (NASDAQ:SCPL) gained 10.50% to $16.96 as Scientific Games (SGMS) submitted a proposal to co’s board for Scientific Games to acquire the remaining 19% equity interest in co that it does not currently own in an all-stock transaction with an implied enterprise value of $1.9 billion; under the proposed transaction, co would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games.
Retail Value Inc (NYSE:RVI) gains to 52-week highs on above 6x average volume. Co in a filing today disclosed that on July 13, the general due diligence period expired under a purchase and sale agreement dated June 30 pursuant to which co has agreed to sell to Kildare Acquisitions all interests in the limited liability companies that own co’s remaining assets located in Puerto Rico for $550 million in cash. The stock is now up 10.50% to $24.31.
