RR Donnelley & Sons Co (NYSE:RRD) Received a letter from Chatham Asset Management, which manages funds that own approx. 14.9% of co’s outstanding common stock, calling for initiatives that it believes must be implemented to stabilize co’s share price and drive future value creation, including the formation of a “clear strategic review process focused on the identification and sale of non-core assets”, among other measures. In other recent press, co announced that it is today highlighting its end-to-end, single-source capabilities for premium folding carton production while at PACK EXPO Las Vegas.
