Small Cap Gainers: PBI, HYRE, INMB

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) spiked to its highest levels since April on heavy volume. Among industry items of note, e-commerce shipping solutions industry peer Stamps.com (STMP) today announced an agreement to be acquired by investment firm Thoma Bravo in a $6.6 billion cash transaction. Shares of PBI are up 17.66% to $9.66.

HyreCar Inc (NASDAQ:HYRE) gains 11.50% on moderate volume after having pulled back by as much as approx. 18% through the prior four sessions. HyreCar Inc., together with subsidiaries, operates a web-based car-sharing marketplace in the United States. Its marketplace allows car owners to rent their idle cars to ride-sharing service drivers, such as Uber and Lyft drivers. HyreCar Inc. was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

INmune Bio Inc (NASDAQ:INMB): The stock, now off its session highs, broke out to its highest levels since January on above 10x average volume. Among recent items, Maxim Group raised the price target of co and several other developers of Alzheimer’s disease therapies earlier this week, citing a recalibration in the space from a valuation perspective based on certain positive activity, including regulatory approval for Biogen’s (BIIB) aducanumab. Co has expected to report additional biomarker data for XPro1595 this summer. Shares of INMD are up by 12.30% to $22.71 after hitting a session high of $26.07.
