Standard Lithium Ltd (NYSEAMERICAN:SLI) announced that a subsidiary of Koch Investments Group will make a US$100 mln investment in co through a direct private placement to support co’s strategic development goals. Through the investment, co will issue 13,480,083 of its common shares at a price of US$7.42/share. Co and several Koch Industries subsidiaries are exploring strategic collaboration opportunities.
Beyond Air Inc (NASDAQ:XAIR) advances on moderate volume. Among recent items, a director of co yesterday evening disclosed a recent purchase transaction for 12,000 of co’s shares valued at approx. $170K. Beyond Air, Inc., a clinical-stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company, develops nitric oxide (NO) generator and delivery systems.
Guess?, Inc. (NYSE:GES) reported upside Q3 EPS and revs; performance was supported by strong results across co’s European Wholesale, Americas Retail, and Licensing businesses, and lower promotional activity and improved IMUs contributed to gross margin expansion. Co also raised its FY outlook for operating margin to 11.0% and doubled its quarterly cash dividend to $0.225/share from $0.1125/share.
