ExOne Co (NASDAQ:XONE) agreed to be acquired by Desktop Metal (DM) in a cash and stock transaction valued at $575 million; co’s shareholders will receive $8.50/share in cash and $17.00/share in stock. Co’s shareholders are expected to own between 12-15% of the combined company. Co also reported Q2 results. Gains to its highest levels since April. Shares of the company soared 44% to $24.88.

Sesen Bio Inc (NASDAQ:SESN) trades up to multi-year highs on above 2x average volume. In recent press, co reported Q2 results earlier this week and yesterday announced that it has has hired John Knighton as VP and Chief Compliance Officer; co believes that it remains on track for an FDA decision on its BLA for Vicineum by August 18. The stock gained 23% to $4.97.

OncoCyte Corp (NASDAQ:OCX) continued volatility; the stock moderates yesterday’s decline of approx. 19%, which followed co’s report of Q2 results and a corporate update. Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2021, were $2.0 million, generated from three sources: DetermaRx tests, pharma services, and licensing revenues. This compares to revenues of $143,000 in the three months ended June 30, 2020. The stock moved up 15%.
